Unlike therapy, which focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, grief coaching is a forward-focused, non-clinical approach designed to help you understand your emotions, develop coping strategies, and find meaning after loss. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet, a relationship, a job, or a life transition, I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings without judgment.
